What is getting in the way of restful nights?

My mind is still awake.

You feel tired, but thoughts keep running through your mind when you lie down.

I keep waking in the night.

You wake several times and struggle to fall back asleep. By morning, the night feels too short.

I wake before I feel ready.

You wake long before the alarm, still tired, but unable to get back to sleep.

I sleep, but still feel tired.

Even after a full night, you wake feeling unrested. Getting through the day takes effort.

You can’t change what you can’t see.

Your nights are part of a wider picture. Connect routines, food, light and how you feel to reveal the invisible in you.

Our research programme explores hundreds of molecules and signals from four drops of dried blood, working towards modelling your complete biological signature.

    The biology behind your goals.

Explore the pathway categories behind your 6 Health Reels. These describe biological processes in the twin’s model, not additional laboratory tests or personal measured results.

    Your twin
How does this bruschetta fit my evening routine?

The bread contributes starch, while the tomatoes add lycopene and other carotenoids. If olive oil is used, it adds oleic acid and plant compounds. I connect this estimated composition and your portion with dinner timing, digestive comfort and your sleep log.

    Nighttime AwakeningBody Clock & Melatonin
Would this lasagne fit a late dinner?

For these lasagnes, I compare the pasta’s starch, the meat and dairy protein sources, and the recipe’s fats with your usual dinner and portion. Meal timing and the comfort you report help put the choice in your sleep context.

    Nighttime AwakeningBody Clock & Melatonin
What could I choose from this menu for dinner?

The grilled salmon and greens offer a protein source, fatty acids and plant compounds. I compare this with the bruschetta, tart and pasta on the menu, then consider the portion and dinner timing alongside your evening routine.

    Deep SleepDeep Sleep (Physical Recovery)
What should I consider after this run before bed?

I bring the run together with the amino-acid sources and carbohydrates in your day, plus the time you plan to sleep. Your recovery and sleep check-ins help adapt the next evening’s routine.

    Deep SleepDeep Sleep (Physical Recovery)
Log this bruschetta and my afternoon coffee.

I’ve logged tomato carotenoids and estimated bread starch and amino acids. Olive oil remains an inferred ingredient until you confirm it. Your coffee and its timing are added separately, giving your twin useful context for the evening and night.

Fall Asleep FasterBody Clock & Melatonin
I woke twice last night and feel tired this morning.

I’ve recorded two awakenings and lower morning energy. I’ll connect this with dinner timing, caffeine and your recent sleep schedule when exploring your Nighttime Awakening and recovery context.

    Nighttime AwakeningBody Clock & Melatonin
Can you plan meals around my changing sleep schedule?

Your weekly plan can keep a variety of amino-acid sources, fibres and plant foods while adapting meal timing to your schedule. I use your sleep and digestive-comfort logs to make the routine practical as bedtime changes.

    Sleep Debt RecoverySleep Pressure
How do these D3, B12, creatine and ashwagandha products fit my sleep plan?

These are different ingredients, not interchangeable sleep aids. I review D3 and B12 against your recorded intake, creatine in your activity and energy context, and ashwagandha alongside medicines and the evidence for its use. Your sleep history helps frame the questions to discuss.

    A few things to know.

    Who is Better Sleep for?

Your twin connects your sleep, nutrition and lifestyle with your biology. Lab results enrich this model to personalise your guidance.

How do I start my biological twin?

Create your twin with the face scan, then enrich it through the nutrition assessment, daily context and the existing data you choose to share. Laboratory results add to an already existing twin.

How does the blood panel support Better Sleep?

Better Sleep uses the same laboratory panel as Performance & Recovery, while its Health Reels and guidance focus on sleep and rest. The panel adds biological context; it does not directly measure sleep stages or diagnose sleep disorders.

Can my twin diagnose a sleep disorder?

No. Sleep logs, connected data and research models provide context. They do not diagnose sleep apnoea, insomnia or other sleep disorders.

    What can I track first?

Start with your nights, food, activity and how you feel when you wake. Your twin brings this information together with your biology. The six Health Reels organise the sleep themes included in this plan.

How do the model and laboratory results differ?

Named laboratory tests provide measured results. Pathway categories and molecular research provide complementary modelling context. The examples shown are not exhaustive, and illustrative graphics are not your personal results.

    Does this replace medical care?

No. NutriCheck supports understanding and everyday choices. Your healthcare professional remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment and the interpretation of symptoms.
