What feels different on your GLP-1 journey?

My appetite is smaller.

I feel full quickly, sometimes before I’ve finished my meal.

I want to keep my strength.

My weight is coming down, but I worry about losing muscle too.

My digestion has changed.

Some meals feel harder to digest, and I’m less regular than before.

Am I eating enough?

With smaller portions, I’m unsure whether I’m meeting my nutritional needs.

You can’t change what you can’t see.

Your blood results, meals and daily experiences come together in your twin to guide nutrition and activity during treatment.

    Research programme

Our research programme explores hundreds of molecules and signals from four drops of dried blood, working towards modelling your complete biological signature.

    The biology behind your goals.

Explore the pathway categories behind your 6 Health Reels. These describe biological processes in the twin’s model, not additional laboratory tests or personal measured results.

    Preserve Muscle Mass

    Muscle Building & Turnover
How muscle proteins are built and replaced.
    Growth & Repair Hormones
Hormonal signalling involved in tissue maintenance and repair.
    Nutrient Sensing (Growth vs Repair)
How cells respond to nutrient availability in growth and maintenance processes.

    Nutrient Density on Lower Intake

    Fat-Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K)
The handling and roles of vitamins A, D, E and K. This category does not imply that each vitamin is measured.
    B and C Vitamins
Water-soluble vitamin pathways considered in nutrition context, not a promise that each vitamin is tested.
    Minerals & Electrolytes
Minerals involved in fluid balance, nerve signalling and muscle function.
    Trace Elements
Biological roles of elements needed in small amounts. Direct measurements depend on the named laboratory panel.

    Protein Digestion & Absorption

    Stomach Acid & Protein Breakdown
Early stages of protein digestion in the stomach.
    Digestive Enzymes
Enzymes involved in breaking food down into usable components.
    Nutrient Absorption
Movement of digested nutrients from the gut into the body.

    Bone Strength Protection

    Bone Strength & Remodeling
How bone tissue is maintained and renewed. This category is not a bone-density scan.
    Calcium & Phosphate Homeostasis
Regulation of calcium and phosphate across the body.
    Fat-Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K)
The handling and roles of vitamins A, D, E and K. This category does not imply that each vitamin is measured.

    Digestive Comfort & Regularity

    Gut Microbiome & Fermentation
How gut microorganisms transform dietary components, including fibre.
    Gut Barrier Integrity
Processes that help maintain the interface between the gut and the body.
    Bile Production & Flow
How bile is produced and moved to support digestion.

    Energy & Metabolic Rate Maintenance

    Cellular Energy Production (ATP)
How cells convert nutrients into usable energy.
    Energy Expenditure & Heat
Processes that use energy for body functions and heat production.
Thyroid Hormone Activation (T4 to T3)
Conversion of thyroid hormone into its more active form. A TSH result does not directly measure this conversion.

    Your twin
Does this bruschetta fit when I can only eat a small meal?

The tomatoes add carotenoids and the bread contributes starch and amino acids. I compare the estimated portion with your day’s protein sources and food variety, so lower appetite does not hide gaps in what you actually ate.

    Nutrient Density on Lower IntakeFat-Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K)
Is this lasagne useful when I’m not very hungry?

I look at the meat and dairy protein sources, pasta starch and fat composition in these lasagnes. Your portion and reported fullness matter: I connect what you eat with muscle-preservation priorities and digestive comfort across the day.

Preserve Muscle MassMuscle Building & Turnover
What could I choose here if I can only eat a little?

The grilled salmon and greens provide a clear protein source with vegetables. I compare its amino-acid and fatty-acid profile with the other menu options, then use your appetite and comfort to help plan a manageable portion.

Preserve Muscle MassMuscle Building & Turnover
How can I think about food after this run?

I connect your run with amino-acid sources, carbohydrates and fluids recorded across the day. A recovery meal can then fit your smaller appetite while keeping muscle maintenance and overall nourishment in view.

Preserve Muscle MassMuscle Building & Turnover
Log this lunch. I ate half of the bruschetta and felt full.

I’ve recorded half the portion and how full you felt. The estimated molecular composition is adjusted to what you ate. Olive oil still needs confirming.

Digestive Comfort & RegularityGut Microbiome & Fermentation
My appetite is low today and I feel less energetic.

I’ve noted your lower appetite and energy. I’ll consider your recent meals, activity, available blood results and treatment information to put these changes in perspective.

Energy & Metabolic Rate MaintenanceCellular Energy Production (ATP)
Can you plan smaller meals with enough variety?

I can plan varied meals in portions that feel manageable. Their molecular composition, your appetite, digestive comfort and available blood results help guide the choices.

    Nutrient Density on Lower IntakeFat-Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K)
Do these D3, B12, creatine or ashwagandha products fit while I’m eating less?

I review D3 and B12 alongside recorded food sources, creatine in the context of activity and muscle goals, and ashwagandha alongside medicines and evidence. Your smaller intake is useful context, but it does not by itself establish a deficiency or a reason to take every product.

    A few things to know.

    Who is GLP-1 Preserve for?

Your blood test enriches your biological twin. Your results, food habits and daily life inform personalised guidance during GLP-1 treatment.

How do I start my biological twin?

Create your twin with the face scan, then enrich it through the nutrition assessment, daily context and the existing data you choose to share. Laboratory results add to an already existing twin.

Does this plan prescribe or adjust GLP-1 medicines?

No. The plan adds nutrition, activity and biological context around your existing treatment. Your prescriber manages medicines, doses and side effects.

Does a muscle-related marker measure muscle mass?

No. Laboratory markers add context but do not directly measure your muscle mass or prove that it is being preserved.

Are all vitamins and minerals measured?

No. The exact female and male laboratory panels are listed above. The nutrient and pathway categories describe broader food and modelling context.

How do the model and laboratory results differ?

Named laboratory tests provide measured results. Pathway categories and molecular research provide complementary modelling context. The examples shown are not exhaustive, and illustrative graphics are not your personal results.

    Does this replace medical care?

No. NutriCheck supports understanding and everyday choices. Your healthcare professional remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment and the interpretation of symptoms.
