What’s holding back your progress?

You put in the effort, but progress and recovery don’t always follow.

Training hard.
Progressing slowly.

You train consistently, yet your pace, strength or endurance barely improve. It feels like you’ve hit a plateau.

Never quite
recovered.

Your legs still feel heavy and your muscles sore when the next session comes around. You rarely feel fully ready.

Discomfort keeps
interrupting training.

A recurring ache makes you cut sessions short or skip them. Finding a steady training rhythm becomes difficult.

Building muscle or endurance feels
harder than expected.

You stick to your sessions and pay attention to what you eat, but see little progress in your strength, muscle mass or endurance.

You can’t change what you can’t see.

Your blood holds clues to how you fuel, perform and recover. Explore them with four drops at home and reveal the invisible in you.

A few things to know.

Who is Performance & Recovery for?

For active adults who want to connect training, nutrition and recovery with their biology. The plan covers endurance, strength, speed, coordination, tissue recovery and the processes that support adaptation. Explore our plans ↗

Do I need a biological twin before ordering?

No. You can get started with your kit. Your NutriCheck results enrich your twin alongside the personal information and existing results you choose to share.

How does the annual commitment work?

Optimal and Optimal Plus cover 12 months of Premium access. At the displayed monthly rates, the total commitment is €478.80 for Optimal or €1,078.80 for Optimal Plus. Your payment schedule is shown at checkout. Baseline includes three months of Premium with no subscription.

What is the difference between a complete test and a follow-up?

Your first complete test establishes a starting point. Follow-up tests focus on tracking changes and do not repeat the entire initial panel. They help your twin and guidance evolve with you. Members can buy follow-up tests separately for €49–€79, depending on the panel.

How does the molecular layer differ from the blood panel?

Your blood panel contains the named laboratory analyses shown above. Metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics add complementary molecular information, including research-based insights. The pathways shown in the twin illustrate connections, rather than the complete list of tests.

Does this test measure my fitness or VO₂ max?

The laboratory panel measures the blood markers listed above. It does not directly measure VO₂ max, athletic performance or every pathway shown. Your twin brings results together with training, sleep and recovery context to personalise guidance.

Does this replace medical care?

No. NutriCheck supports understanding and informed everyday choices. Discuss symptoms, treatments and medical decisions with your healthcare professional.

Your effort.
A clearer direction.
